How it works....
Please Edit your profile and give as much information as you can
After completing profile give your brief introduction and subscribe to the same thread. Whenever a new member join n write there you will get email alert.
Job seekers post your resume in the related thread. Recruiters will be subscribed to that thread and will get alerts whenever someone will post resume.
Recruiters are requested to message admin to start a thread or use existing thread to post their openings. One can use the same thread in the future opened in the name of Companies or HR consultants or Individual
Job seekers can subscribe for the thread and get email alerts similarly recruiters can subscribe to their post and get email alerts whenever any candidate reply on their post.
Avoid chatting in the thread . one can use chat rooms for the same.
Recruiters can also request for creating an event like walk in interview etc.
Its neither linkedin nor facebook its AddrsBook. Help us in making this site clutterfree.
